Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling ad scripts, hooks, and copy that connect with target audiences across social media platforms
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually and emotionally impactful advertising content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Use data insights to refine and optimize creative concepts to enhance campaign performance and scalability.
- Conduct ongoing research into audience behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to inspire creative direction.
- Test and iterate creative elements based on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with campaign goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ad creative writing, with at least 30% of produced ads categorized as top performers.
- At least 2 years of experience leading creative or ad performance teams to deliver strong campaign results.
- Expertise in creative writing, storytelling, and script development that drives user engagement and conversions.
- Demonstrated success through case studies of past campaigns that achieved scalable growth.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, advertising, or branded content creation, preferably in the eCommerce or digital sector.
- Strong understanding of audience psychology and the ability to craft content that captures and retains attention.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and knowledge of performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPA).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, and media buyers.
